  9. CONTRACT DRAFTING, NEGOTIATION & INTERPRETATION
  10. Contract drafting, negotiation and interpretation is an art form that requires educated and experience attorneys to pay careful attention to the details of the transaction and the interests of the parties. It is the job of your attorney to (1) artfully craft the terms of the transaction into understandable documents, (2) plan for potential risks and harms, and (3) regularly consult with you about your concerns and the nature of the transaction contemplated by the documents. No two deals are the same. It is often a very wise investment to invest the money in solid contract drafting and negotiation so as to avoid potentially harmful losses in the future. Despite personal relationships, business relationships should be treated as such and all parties should give serious consideration to consulting an experienced attorney.
