Prior to founding Alber & Loglisci LLP, Mr. Alber practiced as an attorney in the real estate, banking and finance group at one of Manhattan’s largest law firms, where he primarily worked on complex real estate, banking and finance transactions. His experiences range from representing individuals to investment banks to multi-million dollar business enterprises. Many of these client matters involved complex corporate organizational structures and dollar amounts ranging from 3 million to 850 million dollars. Additionally, Mr. Alber handled several pro bono matrimonial matters for clients in cases of varying complexity. Mr. Alber is a graduate of Hofstra Law School, where he served as an executive board member to the prestigious Hofstra Labor & Employment Law Journal and received honors and awards in the areas of Bankruptcy and Contract Law. He is admitted to the practice of law in the State of New York.

Mr. Alber heads up the firm’s Real Estate, Banking & Finance, Corporate & Business Law, and Divorce practices.

Prior to founding Alber & Loglisci LLP, Mr. Loglisci practiced as an attorney in the litigation groups at a prestigious Manhattan law firm, where he primarily worked on sophisticated civil litigation matters. His experiences range from representing multi-national companies to nationally recognized insurance companies and prominent securities firms in litigation matters involving dollar amounts of up to 1.1 billion dollars. He also has significant experience in drafting and negotiating business contracts, entity formation and real property transactions. Mr. Loglisci is a graduate of University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he was selected for the Law Journal, and is admitted to the practice of law in both the State of New York and in the State of New Jersey.

Mr. Loglisci heads up the firm’s Civil Litigation, Criminal Defense, Wills, Trusts & Estates, and Landlord-Tenant practices.
